Weekend work schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), Shift differential of 8%, Additional 4 hours straight time within the week, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date., DoD Clearance: Secret, Ability to obtain INTERIM U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, U. S. citizenship is required, The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline, Experience with interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control, and manufacturing process experience in one of the following areas (assembly, inspection, test), Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems, Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Requirements, The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date., Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date., U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Competency and experience in a relevant technical discipline with understanding of engineering principles and design analysis techniques, Experience in leading cross-functional teams in auditing process and product/process improvements in the factory or at suppliers, Experience in Product/Process Failure Modes & Affects Analysis, Regression Analysis, Experience in PRISM, CABS, Business Warehouse, and RCAS, Experience with AS9145 - Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), High computer proficiency, including skills working with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), Six Sigma and/or ASQ Certifications

Facilitate and lead cross-functional team
Ensure identification
Support work instruction development
Development and maintenance of inspection instructions
Development and release of First Article Inspections
Regularly interface with DCMA

Team & Collaboration
Develop working relationships with the touch labor, factory leadership, program leadership, and DCMA; Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations; Regularly interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and internal stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Corrective Action Boards (CAB), Material Review Board (MRB), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
