The **_Facility Technician III_** is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance operations, troubleshooting and or repairs on mechanical and electrical systems for the Lodi Campus. This includes all manufacturing areas (Plastics & IVD factories, as well as office, R+D and warehouse spaces. This position reports to Senior Facility Supervisor and is part of the Global Workplace Operations Facilities department located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role. The schedule will be Tuesday through Friday 8pm-630am. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Perform intermediate‑level troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems * Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems * Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC filters, plumbing basics, and general repairs and communicat
