The ideal candidate will have the technical skills required to maintain facilities and properties and be capable of handling a variety of tasks, including general repairs, construction, and other facility-related duties. Responsibilities: Complete all work orders, including routine and emergency maintenance, for assigned buildings, and manage the electronic work order system Perform hands-on repairs at assigned locations, including light carpentry and general repairs Conduct routine inspections of all assigned buildings, ensuring adherence to maintenance policies and compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in special building projects as directed by the supervisor Be part of a 10-week on-call rotation for nights and weekends (once every 10 weeks) to address emergencies as needed Qualifications: Requires a High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years working in general ma
