What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field, Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, or industrial plant maintenance, Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams, supervisors, and contractors, understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire/life safety, building automation, and structural systems, Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems, Working knowledge of utility systems and critical infrastructure, Demonstrated ability to lead large teams of employees and contractors in a 24/7 operational environment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills, Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets, analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to present technical and business information to senior leadership, organizational and project management skills

Experience supporting critical manufacturing environments, semiconductor facilities, or large commercial campuses, Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies, Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with engineering, operations, EHS, and finance teams, Ability to identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
