The Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI on-site staff and will manage the overall coordination of services and performance at CMI’s customer site in Culpeper, VA. Key Job Functions * Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests, emergencies, projects, etc. * Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly * Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner * Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning schedules; coordinating work; reviewing discrepancies; * Overall supervision of contractor personnel and subcontractors; * Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization; quality control; and customer satisfaction. * Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance * Review monthly inspections of preventive maintenance system conducted by Chief Engineer * Shall be onsite in a full-time capacity during normal building hours and on-call to respond to emergencies. ## Qualifications * The Project Manager must possess at a minimum five (5) years of recent (within the past seve
