Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, Valid state driver's license required with ability to perform Vehicle Safety Inspections, Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control programs with technical knowledge of building systems, Proven ability to multi-task, organize responsibilities effectively, and work independently as a self-motivated professional to achieve goals and objectives, Financial acumen to develop and manage budgets for projects and operations, interface and communication skills across all organizational levels, client senior management, and vendor relationships
