Must Have

2 year of management experience, Building operations experience, CPR/AED certification required within 30 days, Certified Pool Operator license within 6 months, Ability to routinely bend, Ability to work in a stationery position, Move about the club for prolonged periods

Nice to Have

College degree in business, hospitality, or related field, Health and Fitness operations experience, Proficient Computer Skills with Microsoft Office, Background in the Military is beneficial

What You'll Do.

Recruit for the Ops department

Offer input to the General Manager on hiring

Offer input to the General Manager on promotions

Offer input to the General Manager on disciplinary

Maintain the monthly department budget

Maintain the quarterly department budget

Maintain the annual department budget

Submit monthly financial reports to the General Manager

Ensure staff keeps locker rooms clean

Ensure staff keeps fitness floors clean

Ensure staff keeps common areas clean

Ensure labor costs are within budgetary guidelines

Schedule up to 40 team members

Train staff through orientation

Train staff through direction

Train staff through feedback

Oversee maintenance projects of the club

Oversee repair projects of the club

Communicate with all departments to survey condition
