What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production, Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems, Experience with power management and power monitoring systems, Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Nice to Have
5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience, Knowledge of critical data center equipment, Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures, Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA, Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure, Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure, Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains
What You'll Do.
Operate independently with limited direct management
Act as a technical escalation point
Participate in an on-call rotation
Own and deliver global ADC FOC programs
and launch learning content
Measure and report on training health
Facilitate and deep dive customer-impacting events
Serve as the FOC point of contact in
Review After Action Reports (AARs)
Drive global implementation of action items
Locate systemic infrastructure issues using data-driven analysis
and maintain ADC FOC runbooks
Refine existing processes
Create new standard processes
Create and maintain all ADC FOC technical documentation
Liaise with commercial FOC teams
Identify team and individual growth opportunities
Establish performance benchmarks
Conduct audits to drive effectiveness
Coordinate with partner teams during new site launches
Ensure seamless implementation of FOC services
Reduce burdens on existing operational workloads
Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
Deliver global projects
Influence stakeholders through reports
Drive ownership of organizational and team-level goals
Mentor and guide the career growth of ADC
