Must Have
Knowledge of generic mechanical room infrastructure, Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory
Nice to Have
1+ years of data center engineering experience, 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience, 1+ years of operations and on-call support experience
What You'll Do.
Monitor global data center facilities infrastructure
Serve as Point of Contact
Assist with development of communication protocols
Assist with development of escalation protocols
Contribute to outage post mortem analysis
Ensure records are updated
Assist with coordination during emergency recovery
Assist with communication during emergency recovery
Assist with development of tools
