US Citizen, Maintain active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, Opt into commensurate clearance for each government agency, Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules, Support a 24X7 environment

Must Have

2+ years technical support experience, Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, Document technical customer issues, 1+ years customer facing IT role, Physical security systems/infrastructure work experience, Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice to Have

Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, 3+ years Microsoft Office products and applications experience, 3+ years customer service experience
