WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE As a Facility / Office Intern, you’ll truly be the heart of our office. You create structure in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything runs smoothly, even on the busiest days. No two days are the same. You’ll support our Office Manager with the following tasks: - Ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming office environment - Supporting the Office Manager in daily operations - Welcoming visitors and providing general support - Preparing meeting rooms and workspaces - Managing office supplies, groceries, and inventory - Supporting onboarding of new colleagues - Assisting during lunch together with our in-house chef - Supporting internal events and gatherings - Contributing to team activities and outings (e.g., sports events, themed parties, team drinks) - Joining regular check-ins with the office team to improve the workplace experience WHAT WE VALUE At Beyond Sports, we value ownership, energy, and a proactive mindset.
