What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate, 12 years’ experience in Facilities Management industry into IT / Banking / Corporate set up, five to eight years’ experience of managing a property, experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets, goal-oriented individual who’s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management, property technical systems management, self-motivated and quick-thinking personnel who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches, well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines, Competent and goal-driven, Engaging and professional, Organised and analytical
Nice to Have
Candidate should have good working knowledge on security services, Access Control, CCTV operations and Physical security., Candidate should have good communication skills
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures
Conduct regular risk assessments
Oversee the security team
Monitor and maintain security systems
