Must Have
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or equivalent), 5–10 years experience in facilities management or plant maintenance, Experience managing IFM or outsourced service providers, technical knowledge of building systems and utilities, Contract and vendor management expertise, Good understanding of EHS and regulatory compliance
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance of building systems
Ensure all critical systems operate efficiently
Review and approve maintenance plans
Monitor work orders and service requests
Ensure asset reliability and lifecycle management
Act as the main point of contact for IFM provider
Manage IFM contract scope
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits
Validate manpower deployment
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with contract terms
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Promote a safety culture across operations
Ensure facility complies with local authority requirements
Maintain proper documentation and records
Develop and manage OPEX and maintenance budgets
Track IFM contract costs
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Drive reliability improvement and energy efficiency
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Communicate service performance and issues
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Track and report KPIs
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports

Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, EHS, finance); Coordinate with engineering and project teams for expansions or modifications
