Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational fields, Advanced English Level, Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently, Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint for reporting and collaboration, Self-motivated professional with confidence, energy, and flexibility to handle high-pressure situations effectively, Proven ability to supervise vendor performance during normal business hours and off-hours, including weekends, team leadership and people management capabilities with experience developing direct reports

Nice to Have

Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management best practices, Understanding of basic technical property systems including HVAC, chillers, fire protection, and mechanical/electrical systems, Experience managing organizational change processes and implementing strategic workplace interventions, Vendor management experience for specialized services with demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize performance, Advanced proficiency in information technology tools and digital workplace platforms, Experience in employee engagement strategies and workplace culture development initiatives
