Must Have
TS/SCI with polygraph, Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant supervisory experience associated with managing 24/7 critical facilities operations, Demonstrated supervisory experience with excellent organizational and leadership capabilities, Experience working in secured/restricted facilities environment with knowledge of the Uptime Institute Tier configuration topologies, Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and experience with the concepts, design, and engineering of electrical power distribution from both power generation and public utility power to rack-mounted equipment, A thorough understanding of SCADA systems and Building Management Systems, Experience managing the staffing and the associated scheduling for a 24x7x365 mission-critical environment where continuous availability is essential and of the highest priority, Knowledge of process improvement models (e. g LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000), Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Response Procedures, Knowledge in MEP concepts of operation, and electrical generation procedures, Effective oral and written communications ability to read and understand blueprints, problem-solving skills and experience in managing critical deadlines, Project management, safety compliance, and vendor coordination capabilities
