What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of relevant facilities, operations and maintenance management experience, technical knowledge of hospital building systems, including electrical, HVAC, medical gas, and fire suppression systems, Knowledge of and experience with NFPA codes (including NFPA 99) and The Joint Commission Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Hospitals (CAMH), Experience with MS Office suite, Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), MAXIMO, and CMMS databases, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
EPA 608 Universal certification, Familiarity with Unionize workforce

The primary purpose is to provide leadership and direction for the efficient operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, structural, medical, and life safety systems, in accordance with contract documents and JLL standards.
