Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and applicable codes and regulations, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, Budget management and financial analysis capabilities, Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software

They have a vital role in ensuring that the physical environment meets the needs of tenants, employees, and visitors while complying with all regulations and industry best practices. The Facility Manager is accountable for managing the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of the facilities under their supervision. Key Responsibilities: * Facility Operations: * Develop and implement effective facility management policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of all operations. * Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, or potential improvements. * Oversee maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors as necessary. * Manage the allocation of space within the facility, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to lease agreements. * Coordinate moves, renovations, and facility expansions while minimizing disruptions to daily operations. * Engineering operations. • Should have managed & controlled the Critical Equipment infrastructure operation, uptime and due diligence. •Managing a team of Skilled and Experience Engineers by mentoring and motivating to achieve desired results. •Tracking and Ensuring 100% PPM for all engineering equipment’s onsite.
