We have recently moved into a new, modern office facility in Drammen and are now looking for a Facility Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and professional day-to-day operations. This role is central to maintaining a well-functioning workplace and serving as the main point of contact for all building-related matters. About the Role As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, coordination, and follow-up of the office building, warehouse areas, external suppliers, and key service partners. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role combines operational responsibility with a broader, strategic perspective, and will develop over time as the company continues to grow. Facility: * Take full ownership of facilities, storage, and physical assets across the location * Act as the central point of contact for all facility related topics * Main contact person for: fire alarms, security alarms, technical failures or critical incidents * Oversee office operations (service suppliers, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) * Ensure a high-quality, well-functioning work spaces Vendors, services and financial follow up * Manage vendor relationships, negotiations,
