Must Have
troubleshooting skills, Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics, Ability to use professional use email and other computer programs (such as Microsoft Office), Knowledge of computer maintenance management system (CMMS) is required
Nice to Have
Ability to navigate via PLC operation sequence, I/O information, and instrumentation feedback is preferred, Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems, Basic machining and welding skills
What You'll Do.
Perform manufacturing maintenance
and installation tasks of equipment
Repair and maintain machinery
including mechanical and electrical equipment
Troubleshoot equipment breakdown problems
and operate machinery and equipment prior to releasing to manufacturing
but not be limited to
replacing electrical components
adjusting and aligning rollers
replacing defective parts
Use a variety of hand and power tools
and material handling equipment in performing duties
Detect faulty operations
and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
and repair work on AC and DC motors and controls
Adhere to Larson’s safety guidelines and reporting process
