May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields, Physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping, Valid driver’s license, D. O. T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
What You'll Do.
maintain and build new buildings
Perform general maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance inspections
Perform semiannual roof inspections
Complete work requests
Keep track of company truck
Keep track of gas card
Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education
