Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **How will you make an impact?** Facility HVAC Lead ensures that all air conditioning units, extractors, stress chambers and refrigeration units are operating at optimum conditions via the predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance in order to avoid down times in the manufacturing lines. **What will you do?** · Comply within +/- 5% in the application of the forecast assigned to projects and costs monthly. · Maintain all Company required certifications. · Ensure all procedures are updated and reviewed and generate those that have not been published. · Have zero deviations in audits. · Have zero deviations in the procedure for purchasing goods and services for the company. · Have 0% down time in the production lines for failures in air conditioning, refrigeration and extraction equipment monthly. · Have +/- 5% deviations in the consumption of energy budgeted for the equipment they are responsible for. · Comply with the Predictive and Preventative Maintenance program (PROTEUS) in the established time. · Have zero deviations in the maximum and minimum inventory parts and accessories for air conditioning, refrigeration and extraction equipment monthly. · Search and develop providers and services for the supply of materials and services to have alternatives and to make proposals for cost reduction. · Participate in the evaluation of providers and contractors in coordination with the purchasing department. · Analyze and propose
