The role ensures effective communication, coordination, and regulatory alignment for facility construction, expansion, and daily operations, while supporting Micron’s business continuity and long-term site development objectives. ## ## **Responsibilities** * Act as the primary point of contact between Micron and government agencies, including the Science Park Administration (科管局), for facility-related matters. * Coordinate and manage communications with external authorities regarding facility construction, expansion, modification, and operational requirements. * Support permit applications, reviews, renewals, and regulatory documentation related to facility utilities, infrastructure, and operations. * Track and respond to government inquiries, requirements, and regulatory changes that may impact facility operations or projects. * Collaborate with internal collaborators (Facility, EHS, Construction, Legal, and Project Management teams) to ensure alignment with government regulations and site development plans. * Participate in meetings with government agencies, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution. * Assist in managing site compliance activities and audits related to facility infrastructure and public authority requirements. * Support facility-related projects by coordinating external approvals and ensuring milestones align wi
