What You'll Do.
Operate and maintain MEP systems (HVAC
fire fighting systems
and building management systems (BMS)
and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to reduce operational risks
Ensure all building assets are documented in a tracker
managing defective liability periods (DLP) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC)
Coordinate with utility providers
and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed properly
Ensure facility operations adhere to health
and environmental standards
Monitor consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
