Must Have
Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical, 4 + Yrs Experience, Good in Communication, three to five years’ experience of managing a property, experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets, goal-oriented individual, ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management, property technical systems management, self-motivated, quick-thinking, solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches, well-organised leaders, plan tasks in advance, stay ahead of deadlines, passion for excellence, expert in handling people professionally, effectively manage, train and inspire the team, listen to your people
