What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma, B. Tech, C license is mandatory, six to eight years’ experience in facilities management or other related fields, solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service, stakeholder engagement, goal-oriented manager, expert in health and safety requirements, vendor management, property technical systems management, verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
SCEM certification, working knowledge of occupational safety, exposure to life sciences environment, Highly analytical and engaging, effectively resolve complex issues through quantitative methods and holistic approaches
