This role involves coordination with vendors, supervision of housekeeping teams, client interaction, and continuous improvement of service delivery. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **1\. Housekeeping & Pantry Management** * Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all office areas. * Monitor performance of housekeeping staff and service providers. * Ensure cleaning schedules, checklists, and SOPs are followed. * Supervise pantry operations and ensure timely service at all designated points. ### **2\. Vendor & Staff Management** * Coordinate with outsourced vendors for housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and other soft services. * Monitor attendance, deployment, grooming, and discipline of on-ground staff. * Conduct periodic training sessions and briefings for support staff. ### **3\. Client & Stakeholder Coordination** * Serve as the primary point of contact for soft services-related issues. * Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, end users, and internal teams. ### **4\.
