Degree or Diploma in Hotel management, Graduate with Building management experience, 3 to 5 years' experience in facilities management, Knowledge of facility / building / property operations, Good working knowledge in occupational safety, Aptitude in client-centric operations, Solid background in team management, Ability to function effectively as part of a team, Ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
Preferable from IHM or any reputed HM institute, Experience in Facilities Management is required, Customer Service focus, Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports
What You'll Do.
Prioritise facilities’ needs
Provide good housekeeping
Coordinate with site vendors
Assist with assigned projects
Provide backup as required
Take daily property rounds
Coordinate with the team to close cleaning matters
Maintain daily/monthly reports
Share reports with Property Manager and client
Schedule weekly vendor meetings
Maintain monthly attendance summary record for salary
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Escalate queries to supervisors
Develop and mentor subordinate vendor staff
Assist in improving procedures
Assist in monitoring procedures
Ensure cost-effective services
Ensure efficient services
Assist in preparing documentation
