You’ll achieve this by responsibly performing routine site checks and inspections to ensure all critical procedures and equipment management best practices are implemented and followed. Also we would look at your technical skills and suggest if any processes can be improved and implement cost saving measures. There will be questions that will arise while you are at the forefront and your contributions should be inline with team thoughts and motive. You’ll also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. You’ll need to ensure we hit key performance indicators and meet our service level agreements. Key aspects * * Monitor day to day technical operations activity for the site. * Support to ensure adequate supply of materials including Electrical, plumbing, Carpentry * Coordinate with the landlord team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards & building management * Coordinate with vendor staff & staff on site to ensure the smooth operation * Routinely inspect the building, have regular walk arounds and raise tickets for closure of the identified snags on a daily basis * Assess & analysis of t
