We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive specializing in soft services to oversee and manage non-technical facility operations at our corporate office location. This role focuses on coordinating and supervising soft services including cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste management, and other hospitality-related services that enhance the workplace experience for our employees and visitors. **Key Responsibilities:** **Soft Services Management:** * Oversee daily cleaning operations including office areas, restrooms, common spaces, and specialized areas * Manage catering services, kitchen facilities, and food service operations * Coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance for exterior areas * Supervise waste management, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives * Manage reception, security, and visitor management services **Vendor & Contract Management:** * Manage relationships with soft services vendors and contractors * Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contract specifications * Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and quality assessments * Negotiate service improvements and resolve vendor-related issues * Coordinate vendor scheduling and access management **Quality Control & Standards:** * Establish and maintain high standards for all soft services operations * Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure service quality and cleanliness standard
