Soft Services is a site-based operational role responsible for managing and coordinating all soft service functions within the facility. This position ensures delivery of high-quality housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, cafeteria support, reception services, and other hospitality-related operations. The role requires hands-on supervision of service teams and close coordination with vendors to maintain facility appearance, cleanliness, and occupant comfort. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Soft Services Operations Management** Oversee daily execution of all soft services including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and pantry services. Ensure consistent service delivery meeting quality standards and client expectations across all operational areas. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, workspaces, washrooms, pantries, and external areas to verify cleaning standards. Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of all planned activities. Address service gaps immediately and implement corrective actions. Coordinate special cleaning requirements for events, conferences, or deep cleaning activities. **Housekeeping Supervision** Supervise housekeeping teams ensuring thorough cleaning of office areas, conference rooms, washrooms, corridors, lobbies, and external areas. Monitor cleaning frequencies, product usage, and adherence to standard operatin
