**Role Summary** The Facility Engineer at HanmiGlobal Saudi will be responsible for managing and maintaining the operational efficiency of all facility systems and infrastructure. This role requires expertise in building facilities management, preventive maintenance, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure that facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. * Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and resolve facility-related issues. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support facility upgrades, repairs, and renovations. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service reports. * Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for facility management. **Requirements** **Qualifications & Requirements** * Minimum **12 years of experience** in facility engineering or related field, preferably within construction or infrastructure sectors. * Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. * Experience with preventive maintenance planning and facility management software. * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline. * Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities. * Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
