Ability to carry out all minor mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in relation to facility and utilities, Capability to schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests while tracking to completion, Understanding of managing general landscaping, carpentry, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, Ability to inspect buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairs, Capability to conduct and operate regular facilities inspections and audits, Understanding of being responsible for office facilities, air-conditioning, lightings, furniture, office equipment being well-controlled and office space being well-maintained, Ability to assist with critical out-of-hours issues and participate as key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessary, Capability to serve as vendor POC on hard services for daily operations, Understanding of coordinating with Facilities Manager, fellow coordinators, HK personnel, landlord personnel and vendors, Ability to comply with all requirements of client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
