Rol: El Facility Coordinator de Eventos es responsable de coordinar, planificar y ejecutar todos los eventos corporativos y actividades de experiencia del usuario en las instalaciones, reportando directamente al FM del país. Este rol combina la gestión operativa de instalaciones con la implementación estratégica de eventos que fortalezcan la cultura organizacional y la experiencia de empleados, alineándose con el ExperienceX: Pulse Program de MercadoLibre. Objetivo del Puesto: Liderar la coordinación y ejecución integral de eventos corporativos y actividades de experiencia del usuario, asegurando la optimización de las instalaciones para crear experiencias memorables que fortalezcan la cultura MeLi y maximicen la satisfacción de empleados y visitantes. Responsabilidades principales: Gestión Integral de Eventos: · Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar el calendario anual de eventos corporativos, actividades culturales y programas de experiencia del usuario en todas las instalaciones. · Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con proveedores de eventos, catering, entretenimiento y servicios especializados. · Adaptar eventos a las necesidades culturales locales manteniendo la esencia y valores de MercadoLibre. Coordinación Operativa de Instalaciones: · Gestionar el uso óptimo de espacios para eventos, asegurando la disponibilidad y preparación adecuada de las instalaciones. · Coordinar servicios de mantenimient
