The person in this role will also proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved. **What is your day to day? ** * Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success, in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope. * Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives * Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested * Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion. * Build supplier relationships and assist vendors with site visits, onboarding, and other needs as necessary * Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption. * Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities and the procurement of vendors and service as required. * Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the s
