What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration, Must have Corrigo experience 2+ years, Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations, Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision, Proficient in MS Office, Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets, administrative capability of customizing administrative reports, Ensure accuracy and timely updates to all database files (contacts, contracts, vendors, landlords, emergency files, Invoicing etc.), recurring client and Sr. Facility Manager documentation and reporting in supporting all areas of Property Management Operations/Administration

What You'll Do.
Provide general overall FM services
Handle routine property management operations
Procure property supplies and services
Support Sr. Facility Manager
Assist with budgetary requests
Assist with researching
and reporting budget variances
Provide facility specific assistance to project management team
Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle finance team
Work with team members to identify and respond to financial or budgeting related issues
Support facility specific cost savings targets
Process invoices and purchase orders
Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management
Operations and Financial audits
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
Assist with receiving and dispatching of work requests
Ensure appropriate follow up with client
Provide direction/information to vendors
facilities staff and service providers
Act as an interface with client
Provide general overall facility management services
Monitor office/facility
Escalate issues associated with building services
Ensure timely resolution of all building services
Coordinate special events
Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations
Assist management and staff with operational reporting

Work with Facilities Manager to handle routine property management operations, including: Procurement of property supplies and services, including issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables. **Essential Functions:** Directly support Sr. Facility Manager with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to: * Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting. * Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances. * Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested. * Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle finance team and other account team members. * Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues. * Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings. * Processing of invoices and purchase orders. * Supports requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audits. * Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities. * Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other services provide
