Must Have
Students or graduates of Architecture, Engineering or Administration., 2+ years of experience in a similar role focused on fm services., Solid technical and infrastructure knowledge, including functional understanding of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems., Employee orientation with a strong focus on understanding and meeting the needs of the internal team., Emotional intelligence and composure under stress to handle emergencies or work peaks calmly, with leadership, empathy and resolution., Strong analytical and organizational skills to understand and interpret complex documents, solve problems with multiple variables and transform operational data into improvements, achieving efficient management of multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment., Ability to solve problems proactively and creatively., Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills to present information and collaborate effectively in delicate situations, adding assertive communication to interact effectively with different levels of the organization and external suppliers., Proficiency and advanced management of management tools such as Microsoft Office and Google.
Nice to Have
Academic training in a technical career, Facility Management or related areas., Intermediate knowledge of the English language, or basic English skills for interaction with foreign suppliers or collaborators., Technological skills with facility management software, as well as advanced management of Artificial Intelligence and CAD tools.
