24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required, Stand by 24*7 for all emergency call outs
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in engineering, facilities management, 5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Nice to Have
Experience working in building management
What You'll Do.
Responsible for site facilities operation
Establish Building Employment Services Operational procedures
Responsible for delivery of services
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
Initiate strategies to reduce Building operation repair cost
Manage all in house/contract vendors
Initiate and maintain Preventive Management Program
Responsible on the follow up BAC/AR closure
Operation improvement
Execute minor projects
coordinating with contractors/vendors
Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Civil works
Manage building scope and projects
Develop and implement innovation programs and processes
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
Stand by 24*7 for all emergency call outs
prepare incident reports
Coordinate appropriate action for rectification
