This position is responsible for planning and coordinating the use of processing equipment, operating equipment, identifying blending opportunities, supporting quality control activities, and scheduling shipments. By monitoring operational performance, maintaining inventory integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, the Facility Assistant II contributes to efficient operations and consistent delivery of product that meets end‑user requirements. **What You 'll Be Doing: ** * Plan and coordinate processing activities including binning, cleaning, drying, blending, and storage of grain and/or special crops to meet shipping requirements and quality specifications. * Operate grain and special crops processing equipment, including cleaner systems and dryers, ensuring contracted standards are met while optimizing company returns. * Monitor and analyze binning practices, investigate and assess bin mixes, and conduct periodic quality checks of cleaned product to maintain product integrity. * Analyze downtime and throughput volumes and make recommendations to improve grain processing productivity and performance. * Coordinate railcar, truck, and transloadi
