Agathe facility. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping commodities while ensuring quality standards are met. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction by keeping product moving accurately and efficiently through the facility. **What You 'll Be Doing: ** * Operate grain and/or special crops processing equipment, including binning, cleaning, drying, blending, and storage. * Load and weigh railcars and trucks to ensure accurate and efficient shipment preparation. * Receive incoming product, document quality and quantities, and report damages or shortages. * Maintain inventory accuracy through organization, monitoring, and reconciliation activities. * Assist in evaluating grain quality, including grading, dockage, and moisture under supervision. * Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment used in grain handling and processing. * Prepare shipping documentation and maintain product samples. * Maintain a safe and clean facility by following EH&S guidelines, ISO standards, and fire prevention practices. **Skills/Experience Requirements:** * High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required. * Pr
