Facility and Infrastructure Controls Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization has a rare opportunity available for an experienced **Facility and Infrastructure Controls Engineering Manager** to join Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) Center of Expertise (CoE) team as a key member of this dynamic Leadership team, on-site in **Hazelwood, MO**. **How you’ll make an impact:** In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead a talented team of Engineers responsible for the Facilities and Infrastructure that enable reliable, efficient operations across our Midwest manufacturing, Research and Development (R&D) and office sites. You will provide technical leadership, mentor and develop engineering talent and collaborate with key stakeholders to address complex challenges spanning Operations, Maintenance, Reliability and Capital/Project execution. Your team plays a critical role in supporting both day-to-day operational performance and long-term strategic initiatives, contributing technical expertise and guidance to the long-range capital planning process that drives investment decisions across the region. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen organizational performance and deliver meaningful improvements in the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Midwest Boeing facilities and associated assets. Supporting the Midwest region, including St. Louis, MO, St. Charles, MO, and Oklahoma City, OK, the team provides multidisciplinary engineering and technical expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Structural and Architectural disciplines.
