Must Have

Nice to Have
Technical degree, Previous experience with HVAC, combustion, and refrigeration systems, Previous food manufacturing experience, 5+ years of mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience utilizing Oracle, Working knowledge of utility plant controls and instrumentation, Ability to troubleshoot, repair and align pumps and motors

Lead team failure analysis activities
Conduct rounds during shift
Troubleshoot/repair utility systems
Support data collection
Make improvements in area of ownership
Build skills as needed
Provide support throughout plant
