2+ years facilities maintenance experience, High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, pipefitting, rotating machinery, and mechanical fasteners, Familiarity with Metasys or similar Building Automation Systems software, Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams written and verbal communication skills
