What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience, Must Hold Current Refrigeration Class A or License
What You'll Do.
oversees the safe operation
and maintenance of the facility
including automatic retrieval systems (ASRS)
refrigeration system operation
Conduct general building maintenance
and minor electrical repairs
Maintain facility assets through scheduled PM and repairs
concrete/asphalt/wear-slabs
Perform daily refrigeration operator duties
including ePSM inspections and logging
and repair various dock equipment
such as levelers (mechanical
truck restraints (manual
and dock seals/shelters
Log time and materials into the CMMS daily using work orders
Adhere to all safety policies
and regulations (OSHA and others)
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order and use appropriate PPE
Respond to emergencies and promote a safety culture
Train and mentor Facility Technician and II staff
Complete special projects related to building and grounds maintenance as requested
such as moving furniture/fixtures
