10 hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday, Travel to client sites may be required, Lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds, Stoop or kneel, Adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–10 years of experience in facility maintenance, 5–10 years of experience in utilities support, 5–10 years of experience in mechanical/electrical building systems, High school diploma or equivalent, Technical trade school certifications or equivalent field experience
Nice to Have
Registered apprenticeship, Trade license (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pipefitting, wastewater, steam engineering, marine engineering), Equivalent technical training, Experience in cGMP biotech, Experience in pharmaceutical operations, Experience in laboratory operations

Receive work order requests
Prioritize work order requests
Execute work order requests
Maintain complex utility systems
Repair complex utility systems
Maintain HVAC control systems
Maintain environmental control systems
Maintain cold storage systems
Maintain compressed air systems
Maintain clean steam generation systems
Maintain wastewater treatment systems
Maintain fire detection systems
Maintain fire suppression systems
Perform maintenance on GMP lab equipment
Perform maintenance on process equipment
Inspect facility systems
Identify maintenance needs
Identify operational risks
Identify abnormal conditions
Coordinate specialized contractors
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Support calibration activities
Support equipment reliability programs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Ensure compliance with facility procedures
