ABOUT THE ROLE: In this role as Facilities Technician II – Sterile, you will serve as the primary on-site maintenance resource supporting a 503B sterile compounding facility. This role will play a key part in preparing the site for operations by supporting equipment installation, building preventive maintenance programs, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs). During the initial ramp-up phase, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, and vendors to support facility readiness, including equipment commissioning and maintenance program development. Once operational, you will own day-to-day maintenance activities across production equipment, lab systems, and facility infrastructure. This role requires strong ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating vendors for specialized support.
