The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Facilities Technician II is an intermediate-level role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing facility systems and equipment within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement across facility operations.   What You’ll Do • Perform operation, maintenance, testing, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and control systems with minimal supervision • Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems, including relays, components, and basic control circuits • Restore facility systems to operational status, including electrical distribution, air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, HVAC systems, and thermal processing equipment (e.g., RTO systems) • Monitor and navigate facility control systems to diagnose faults, alarms, and performance issues • Perform structured power recovery procedures for facility systems • Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs • Develop and refine equipment inspection standards and checklists • Perform and support advanced PM activities on facility and conveyor systems • Conduct regulatory inspections and testing, including fire pump and sprinkler system visual PMs • Coordinate and execute small-scale projects, including equipment modifications and facil
