Full Job Description

## Facilities Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs using sound judgment, technical skill, and personal initiative. Execute and manage technically complex projects with minimal supervision. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities. Assist in scheduling, escorting, and overseeing contractors performing facility repairs or projects. Assist with office moves, equipment installations, furniture assembly, and workspace reconfigurations. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean, safe working condition. Follow and promote workplace safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, and hazard reporting. Support compliance with OSHA, fire code, and internal safety policies. Participate in emergency preparedness activities, including equipment checks and safety drills. ## Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Log, label, and distribute incoming materials, mail, and packages to appropriate departments. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and scheduling carrier pickups. Keep loading dock and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or delays. ## Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in business or Facilities Management, a plus but not required. 3+ years working knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, construction projects and real estate/lease administration Experience in facilities maintenance, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. ## Qualifications Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and basic proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and mecha
