What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school/GED, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Clear and effective communication skills, Knowledge of safety procedures, Safety conscious attitude, Record of punctuality, Dependability, Ability to work with pressure, Flexible schedule, Valid driver’s license, Demonstrated ability to access computer programs, Use or learn basic computer operations, Ability to travel when required, Ability to stand 8 hours or longer, Lift up to 100 lbs.

Intention to obtain CPO within six months
What You'll Do.
Respond to maintenance requests
Respond to repair requests
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Prepare apartments for turnovers
Request required supplies
Ensure safety of property buildings
Ensure functionality of property buildings

Provide optimal service to customers
