What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Proven experience (3+ years) as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a warehouse or industrial setting, Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings, Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse operations and equipment maintenance, Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required, Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Nice to Have
Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
What You'll Do.
Perform routine inspections

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
including equipment repairs
and maintenance schedules
Source and procure necessary parts
and supplies for maintenance and repairs
ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
following manufacturer's guidelines and safety protocols
Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on equipment operation
maintenance best practices
and safety procedures
Stay updated on industry trends
technological advancements
and best practices in warehouse maintenance and equipment repair
Adhere to company policies
and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities
