MCG retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant. * Complete basic maintenance tasks assigned by Facility Manager with minimal oversight needed. * Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently. * Maintain inventory and utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively. * Keep accurate records of completed work, parts used, and maintenance schedules. * Collaborate with facility users, tenants, or supervisors regarding maintenance needs and solutions. * Interface with professional contractors for projects and tasks as needed. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, addressing minor cleaning or janitorial needs. * Respond promptly to work orders and service requests to minimize disruption. * May perform minor renovations or installations. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. ## Qualifications Re
